So here are some of my favourite things (literal and others) all in one!

Up left is traditional Karelian cuckoos and tree of life. A friend made the chart for a christmas decoration.
Then there´s of course Direwolf. Compliments of the most sadistic writer we all know and love... Big hand to George R.R. Martin and long live the Starks! (well, mostly they don´t seem to... live long, I mean...) Original was a mitten I found in Ravelry, I just adjusted the model a bit. Chart can be found here.
DNA, courtesy of the original geek-along. Chart here. Science, b****es!!
Down below you will of course recognise Deathly Hallows. And if not, shame on you! Go and read your Potters, barbarian!
Up next to the birdies is the grandfather of all tragic villains, king of Spoilers. Later identity of Anakin Skywalker, DARTH VADER! Chart is made by me, myself and I.
One simply must have some Hammer and Sickle... It´s the colors, it´s the history, it´s the jokes... This is one of my own charts, but I haven´t yet digitized it, sorry.
Turtles are cool, tribal turtles are extra cool and then there´s also sir Terry Pratchett, Discworld and TURTLE MOVES! Here´s original chart and my rendition.
Imgur is something I blame on my husband. But nowadays it is our familys very favourite anti-social media (as I like to call it...), because everyone loves cat gifs! Chart is my very own.
Then the up right sector. Have fun, the photo seems to be 90 degrees wrong way.
Weirwoods. Again, Mr. Martin and his enthralling world of Ice and Fire. Original of this chart is absolutely gorgeous, check it!
Here be Dragons! Lattes and Llamas gave us this. And as they say, everything is better with some dragons...
Nae King, nae Queen! Crivens! Sir Terry and his loveable rascals Nac Mac Feegles. Idea came from these coolest mittens ever, and here is my version.
Cthulhu and Atom live here, side by side. Just like myths and scientific world view always... NOOT! Both are from original Geek-along.
Then some dwarf runes. Read it out yourself! This one is one of my own, but no chart yet. Me and elder daughter read The Hobbit as a bedtime story last spring, and as I knitted this one there was a lot of discussion about her learning to write her name before school starts. In runes and elven scripture, I mean...
Matrjoshka, because I love them and they are my thing. Chart is my own.
Some Terry Pratchett again. Commander Vimes, Ankh-Morpork and City Watch! Book is Thud! and the symbol is Summoning dark. My very heartiest recommendations, if you´ve never read it. Chart can be found in Ravelry.
Everyone loves Totoro! It was mittens with this one too, and aren´t they adorable...
And next section...
Swan is based on a stone age rock painting that was found at lake Onegina in Russian Karelia. Just love the simplicity! Root business... My very own model.
D20 is here because of my Hubbys insistence. I´m the role players girlfriend.
Star Wars Rebel Alliance. Aand everybody hums That Tune!
Speak friend and enter. Linguistics and Tolkien... Wow, what a lady boner!
Caffeine molecule is from the original Geek-along. Just like the three squares before it. Without this chemical this work would never have been done... But only diet Pepsi, please!
Mockingjay I found in Ravelry. And yes, I love Hunger Games (the books!!!).
Butterfly represents the dodgiest end of my literary tastes. Here it comes: Hi, I´m Anu and I sometimes read Harlequin books. (Hi, Anu!) And I´m especially hooked to Gena Showalters Lords of the Underworld.
There can not be too many Legos! Children are the perfect excuse here...
This last one was supposed to be Hat full of sky, but my yarn of choice didn´t have light blue... Still, it is dedicated to Sir Terry (again) and his extraordinary witches Mistress Weatherwax, Nanny Ogg, Magrat Garlick, Agnes/Perdita Nitt and Tiffany Aching.
Death Star chart is actually from a super cool scarf, that I would like to do one day.
Greek helmet is here because a) I´ve loved greek mythology since I was maybe four years old and b) Rick Riordan´s books. Read them. All... I´m not joking.
Down left is Serotonine molecule. It´s my most and least favourite chemical, due to living with severe and less severe depression for umpteen years. This molecule I´ve been intimate with for so long I just couldn´t leave it out.
Grumpy cat is my spirit animal! Who can resist something so cute and disgruntled... Heres my favourite meme:
